Tech Tools
These are tools that I use fairly regularly in the classroom. I will post a schedule of when I am using what for teachers to come and observe, or feel free to reach out and I can find a time to come and model them for you in your room.
Mind Mapping
These tools help students visualize their thinking in a very fluid way. moving their ideas around, connecting and disconnecting them as their thoughts develop.
Google Tools
Google has a seemingly endless array of tools which can help in the classroom. These are the ones that I use on the regular.
Google Classroom + Doctopus & GoobricThis is an obvious one - we have all used it at least in our PDs, but it does a lot more than most of us use it for. When you add the extensions Doctopus and Goobric (available on the google Chrome Store) assessing work attached to a Google Classroom assignment becomes 100 times easier. Check out this link to a blog called Hello Teacher Lady which has a lovely explanation of the benefits. (I also recommend following her - she is pretty awesome!)

Google Forms + AutoCratGoogle Forms is a really easy way to create surveys which will give you immediate data. All answers are compiled by Google in a spreadsheet which is easy to read and use. AutoCrat is an add-on which helps you make rubrics. Again, beautifully explained by the creator of the blog, Hello, Teacher Lady
